As proud members of the 2025 Premier’s Anzac Prize Tour Group, we are honoured to represent Queensland in commemorating the sacrifices of Australian Defence Force personnel. This year, we—Saxon Miller (All Saints Anglican School), Charlie Mudge (Aquinas College Ashmore), Dustin McGuire (Marsden State High School), Amelia Turnbull (Mary Mackillop College), Allegra Bradley (Proserpine SHS), Estera Job (Somerville House), Lucy Hallett (Goondiwindi SHS), and Karen Hooshmandi (Mountain Creek SHS)—are privileged to carry forward the Anzac legacy.
Guided by our chaperones, Morgan Suchoronczak (Murgon State High School) and Dane Ponting (Fraser Coast Anglican College), we are dedicated to raising awareness and vital funds for Mates4Mates, supporting veterans and their families impacted by service-related injuries.
Through our efforts, we honour the resilience, courage, and spirit of the Anzacs, while contributing to the ongoing care and rehabilitation of those who have served. We believe in the power of community to create meaningful change, and together, we can make a difference.
